Share the easy sleep technique to wake up refreshed with the 4-7-8 method.
Want to sleep comfortably all night and wake up refreshed in the morning? How can you achieve that?
• Breathe in for 4 seconds: Start by lying on your back in the most comfortable position. Then, breathe in slowly through your nose, counting to 1-4.
• Hold your breath for 7 seconds: After inhaling as described earlier, hold your breath while counting to 1-7. Then, slowly exhale through your mouth with your lips slightly parted.
• Exhale slowly for 8 seconds: Release your breath with a slight sound while counting to 1-8. Repeat these three steps 2-4 times before bed to help relax and make it easier to fall asleep.
